Meet our CEO

A manager with more than 25 years’ experience leading teams and operations in the healthcare and food retail sectors, with a particular focus on dental medicine and the patient experience.

He joined Premium Dent in 2025 as Commercial, Operations and Patient Experience Director, responsible for commercial strategy, operational performance and the patient experience across the network. As CEO, he leads the consolidation of the integrations already completed, with his sights set on the group’s growth.

From 2021 to 2025 he was Dental Operations Director at Lusíadas Saúde Group, where he led the Lusíadas Dental business, expanding installed capacity and improving patient satisfaction. At CUF – Hospitais e Clínicas he was Head of Front Office | Patient Experience, leading 800 employees and driving the transformation of the patient journey: centralising reception, digitising the patient relationship in an omnichannel environment and adopting self-service. From 2011 to 2017 he was Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Malo Clinic Group, sitting on the group’s Executive Committee and leading sales, operations and the expansion of the network, which grew from 4 to 12 clinics in Portugal. He was also Managing Director of Fisiogaspar and began his career in food retail, at the Jerónimo Martins Group and Plus Discount (Tengelmann Group).

He holds an MBA from AESE/IESE Business School, with exchange programmes at IESE, the University of Michigan and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and completed the Advanced Management Programme for Healthcare Institutions (PADIS) at AESE.
